Suffering from Creeping Sofa Sectionals? You need a Sofa Snap. The Sofa Snap is used to connect modular upholstered furniture to form seating rows or groups. The hardware is easily connected to the bottom of the upholstered pieces and connects to the corresponding angle bracket. When not in use the device can be pivoted out of the way. The catch fork is turned and the upholstered pieces are pushed together. The connection is released by lifting.

The Sofa Snap is an important furniture part addition for sectionals; the Model 216 pivots and is extra long for situations that require about 2" more than our other models. This is ideal when you are not sure the others will fit or for when you want to mount them further from the edge. You'll need one Sofa Snap bracket set for each two sections you want to keep together. (The sofa sections can easily be separated later as well.)

This is the Extra Long Pivoting (Model 216) Sofa Snap and is for use on all sectionals that have a flat bottom with a wide frame. These are about 2" longer than the others we sell and are ideal for when the frame is a little inset or when you are not sure the others will be long enough. Formulated glass-filled nylon composites are used in manufacturing these Sofa Snaps for extra durability.

It's easy to install the Sofa Snap bracket! The Sofa Snap gets installed on the underside of your sectional, and out of sight. The Sofa Snap device comes in two pieces - the catch fork portion and corresponding angle bracket. All it takes is 10 screws (which are provided) to connect your sectional.

• With these extra-long Sofa Snaps, you can mount them further from the edge.
• Line up two upholstered sections on their side in the configuration you will desire, lay out your Sofa Snap to allow you to mark screw holes.
• Be sure to pre-drill starter holes for the screws so you do not inadvertently split the frame. Assemble and screw in the Sofa Snap into the frame of each respective piece.
• Continue to assemble each Sofa Snap until you complete connecting all of your pieces of the Sectional Sofa.
